Unique Boston Wedding | Artists for Humanity | Nicole and Ben
Ohhh, this wedding, you guys. THIS WEDDING! Everything about it spoke to my art kid heart. From the crazy unique venue at Artists for Humanity in Boston and their amazing non-profit work, to the paint splattered floors and easels and the view of the Boston skyline, to the pure joy radiating from everyone involved.
Nicole and Ben are the third couple in their friend group to hire me to photograph their wedding celebration, (see also: Kate + Matt and Rachel + Ryan) and I couldn't have been more excited about it. It's always a complement when a couple refers you to their friends, but it's especially great when all of their friends are just as wonderful as they are.
Nicole's wedding dress is giving Lord of the Rings in the most perfect way possible.
Ben's band Aqua Hamster performed at the reception, and he had a custom "wedding tour" shirt made for under his tux.
Nicole got ready at the Cambria Hotel in downtown Boston, and we were able to sneak up to the roof deck for some quick photos with her bridesmaids in their very cool domes. The skyline view of the city was amazing! I can just imagine how gorgeous this space is at night with all the Boston lights surrounding. Manifesting more Boston rooftop cocktail parties and rehearsal dinners in my future, please and thank you!
After a few more photos in the extremely cool lobby of the Cambria, we headed over to Artists for Humanity for Nicole and Ben's first look and wedding ceremony.
